Job Description

  • Need to discuss with client on daily basis on Projects.
  • Office work like Taking measurement, Create estimate, share final sheets with client.
  • Create invoices, upload invoice & follow client for payment.
  • Meet with client for new sites and for any contructual work.
  • Assist team members with the performance of their operations duties.
  • Administrative duties, including organizing files, coordinating meetings.
  • Prepare Daily Project report.
  • Prepare documents for third party Inspection.
  • Generate monthly invoices for labour & Sub Vendor.
  • Prepare Warranties of Raw Material on Supplier Portal.
  • Prepare Job Card & their Supportive.
  • Interact with clients for daily project updates
  • Update Monthly Forecast & Targets in tracker.
  • Enter daily DPR data in respective Trackers.

Skills

  • Have knowledge of MS office.
  • Good communication skill of Hindi & English
